Who We Are
Founded in 2006 by Jeff and Julie Cosgrove, we are a multi company organization specializing in Memorials, Contractor Supplies, and Storage Facilities.
Located in Plainwell, Michigan and servicing the local community for over 6 decades.
Our Story
Plainwell Vault and Monument was founded in 1960 by Royce Cosgrove. The company grew to include Redi-Mix in 1980 and became a pillar of the Plainwell Community. Through commitment to customer service and honest work, Royce and Jeff ran a successful business until Royce retired and the decision was made to sell the Redi-Mix Businesss to Ozinga in 1998. After Selling, Jeff continued working with contractors in the area and maintained his reputation as a leader in the Construction Field.
Though the Redi-Mix business was sold, Jeff and Julie continued with the Monument business.
In 2006, Jeff built the End of the Road Storage Facility in Plainwell, MI.
Starting from scratch in 2008, Jeff and Julie re-opened their Redi-Mix company as Plainwell Redi-Mix and began servicing the South West Michigan area once again. Though they had been out of the business for 10 years, they quickly re-established themselves as the go to Redi-Mix provider in the area. Jeff continued growing the business until the Summer of 2022 when he made the decision to sell his business to Bos Concrete.
Today, Jeff continues to work closely with the contractors in the area and support them through his Cosgrove Enterprises ventures.
